Creative Installation Registration

If you intend to apply for a Creative Grant for your project, do NOT fill out this form. Please fill out the Creative Grant only.

Please consider the following and include the relevant answers in your registration information.

- If you think you will be making controversial statements with your piece, please include this information with your proposal. Controversy alone is not grounds to deny placement, but we do want the opportunity to consider the affects of such work as well as find the optimum location to display and share your creativity.

- The event population is expected to be at least 500 women, men and children. Are you prepared to meet the masses as they venture out to see funded work? Do you have safeguards in place for user "error"? Theft? Damage? Are there any health hazards or danger to the environment?

- Due to the possibility of a fire ban in Colorado, we recommend propane fire rather than open flame.

Apogaea, Inc. reserves the right to remove projects from the event site.

Deadline for Creative Installation Registration is 30 April 2008. All supplemental material must be postmarked NLT Midnight 30 May 2008.
